The proposed design is of machines which will be capable of serving humans as subhuman machines which operate in any existing/trading/popular natural language, and so that these future machines will respond, produce in safe way.
This calls for upgrading FONTS which comply to USCIIIIII-CODE upgrade of ASCII-CODE as well as upgrading Natural Languages into the Super Natural Language Standard as equals but mostly so that future computers and robots plus manufacturing and servicing machines can process work in harmony with humans in any task according to the design concept of the Human-Mind meeting the Electronic-Brain.
It also calls for the engineering of the hardware which can run the software of usciiiiii-code
By 2026 the state of the art of Artificial intelligence has been accepted worldwide for use as it has undoubtedly demonstrates the ability to transform some aspects of our lives, and add comfort plus usefulness in many areas but its limitations of the key natural capabilities of human are evident. The essence of being human is not needed but the electronic-brain must need to be able to meet/match the human-mind capabilities so to serve us as expected. There is no need to match our intuition , our natural feelings of emotions , or replace our gifted creativity, but Automatic Comprehension must be adaptable to all and any situations and tasks, follow our ethical judgment, and social order laws and respectful of our cultural values.
